Any sensitivity with this whitening process is temporary and can last up to 24 hrs. You can choose to add on the True Minerals desensitizing agent prior to whitening which will reduce the risk of experiencing any sensitivity.

No food or drink can be consumed for 2 hours post-whitening unless you choose to add on the Shimmer and Shield sealant. It is applied after the third 20-minute session. If you do not use the sealant, you will need to avoid any dark stain-causing foods for 24 hrs (coffee, wine, red meat, etc) for best results.
